MerryMount is located in the historic Rosaryville area of Upper Marlboro 30 minutes from the U. S.Capitol Building, 25 minutes from Old Town Alexandria, 10 minutes from Waldorf, 40 minutes from Annapolis and less than an hour from Baltimore. SEE MAP BELOW.
FROM DC: Take the Suitland Parkway to its end at Route 4 (Pennsylvania Ave). Turn Right on Rt. 4. Go 2 miles to Woodyard Rd. Turn right on Woodyard and go two miles to the second traffic light. Go straight through the light onto Rosaryville Road (Woodyard turns to right) Go 2 miles to light at Frank Tippett Road and turn right. MerryMount is down about 200 yards on the right.
FROM THE WASHINGTON BELTWAY (495): (COMING FROM THE NORTH) Take Exit #11A toward Upper Marlboro. Go 2 miles to Woodyard Rd. Turn right on Woodyard and go two miles to the second traffic light. Go straight through the light onto Rosaryville Road (Woodyard turns to right) Go 2 miles to light at Frank Tippett Road and turn right. MerryMount is down about 200 yards on the right. (COMING FROM THE SOUTH). Take Exit #7A toward Waldorf on Route 5. Exit at Clinton/Mellwood and go left back under Route 5. Yoiu are now on Woodyard Road. Take Woodyourd to light at Rosaryville Road. Right on Rosaryville. Go 2 miles to light at Frank Tippett Road and turn right. MerryMount is down about 200 yards on the right.
FROM CHARLES COUNTY: Go North on Route 5 and Route 301 until they split. Take Rt 301 toward Baltimore. Go three miles light at Frank Tippett Road. Turn left. Two and a half miles to MerryMount on left.
FROM BOWIE, CALVERT COUNTY,ANNAPOLIS & POINTS NORTH: Take Route 301 (Crain Highway) to light at Rosaryville Rd. (about 6 miles below Route 4 - Just past Marlton Plazza which is on the left)) . Turn right on Rosaryville and go two miles to light at Frank Tippett Road. Turn left. MerryMount is down about 200 yards on the right.
